Markcom's Marketing Engineers promote our Prinicipal's products for the systems under design.They facillate technical discussion and work as a liaison between the prinicipal and the Design lab.They provide assistance in framing budgetary pricing advice to the customer.

During the Prototype Building and Evaluation phase of a project, Markcom can work either as a Manufacturer’s Representative or Distributor.

The role we adopt depends on multiple factors such as quantities involved, Principal’s internal finance procedures, and customer’s specifications. Rare in the industry, Digiprotech Markcom is one of few companies that can provide this flexibility. It allows the Principal to do away with cumbersome paperwork for what might initially prove to be small quantities.

Markcom also monitors the Evaluation phase and attempts to project production schedules and quantities to assist in the Principal’s internal planning.

 
 
   
     
 

Digiprotech Markcom largely takes on the role of Manufacturer’s Representative based on customer mandate and legal requirements especially in the case of defense contracts in the Production Stage. In non-Defense contracts, a Distributor role might be explored on a case-to-case basis.

In the Production Stage, Digiprotech Markcom provides response and presence to competitive threats that might arise and assists in price negotiations with the production houses.

Finally, Digiprotech Markcom continues to work as the liaison between the deployed system maintenance group and the manufacturer for support issues in post-Production.
